Cover: Colocalization of
B-crystallin and
vimentin was assessed in activated hepatic stellate cells. Cells were
cultured for 15 days on coverslips, and the cells were fixed and
immunostained using either a rhodamine-conjugated antibody (red)
against vimentin or a FITC-conjugated anti-
B-crystallin antibody
(green). No definitive colocalization of
B-crystallin and vimentin
was noted. From A. Lang, L. W. Schrum, R. Schoonhoven, S. Tuvia, J. A. Solís-Herruzo, H. Tsukamoto, D. A. Brenner, and R. A. Rippe.
